THE OPERATOR

Renovatio decided to go into operation of wind and solar parks in order to manage the risks resulting from project development activities as well as to ensure constant and predictable cash flow. Projects in the renewable energy field have various stages of risk exposure, out of which some involve greater risk than others. Development activities are the most exposed ones, as the project may not mature to generation stage.

In order to balance and manage these factors, Renovatio decided to also become an asset-operator in addition to being a developer. Asset operation will generate constant and predictable financial gain and counterbalance development risks.
