Renovatio has a geographical spread of branch offices in Italy, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece and Austria as well as interests in The Bahamas. Renovatio's business view from development to energy supply stage, as well as strategic partnerships on both international and local levels define the company's approach.

 

The Group structure currently consists of Renovatio Power Poland, Renovatio Italy, Renovatio Solar Romania, Renovatio Solar Portugal, Renovatio Solar Bulgaria, Renovatio Trading, Renovatio Gmbh, Renovatio Hellas, Renovatio Engineering and a 15% stake in former Renovatio Power Romania, current EDPR Romania. 

When entering the Romanian, Polish and Bulgarian market, Renovatio relayed on a high risk/high return strategy. Looking ahead, in order to balance exposure risk, Renovatio entered more experienced and at the same time, more competitive markets, such as Portugal and Italy. Consistent with our ability to detect new and promising markets, Renovatio has made its entrance on the Greek market in late 2010.
